1. License

By purchasing ParseFlow you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal Mac computers. You may activate the license on one device at a time and freely move it between your own devices.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify ParseFlow. The software is licensed to you personally and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.

3. No Accuracy Guarantee

ParseFlow is an offline PDF parsing helper tool powered by AI. AI-based extraction is not guaranteed to be accurate. You are solely responsible for verifying any extracted data before relying on it. We are not responsible for the accuracy of model outputs or any decisions you make based on them.

4. Your Responsibility

Everything you do with ParseFlow is your responsibility. You are responsible for the documents you process, the data you extract, and how you use that data. We accept no liability for your use of the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ParseFlow after changes constitutes acceptance.
